New programsTraining Services Offered

First Training Session $150 (not per hour) per training module

One follow up sessions: $75 - Review technique and follow up on progress.

OR sign up for a month (4 coaching/follow up sessions, once a week for a month) for $200

A session is equivalent to a private mini workshop, including a teaching/demonstration portion and a practice, hands-on portion and typically lasts anywhere from 2-3 hours depending on material covered.  I will help you in an unrushed environment to learn what you need to excel on your chosen goal.


Note; Cost of sessions do not include cost of ProGrade kettlebells (to be discussed prior to first session for appropriate size purchase) or see below for Package deals.

Module 1.Signature World Kettlebell Club Fitness Protocol

Module 2. Kettlebell Athlete Level 1

You will learn and master the Core Kettlebell Lifts; Swings, Snatch, One arm long Cycle and apply Timed set progressions, The SECRET to "REAL" Work Capacity and Muscle Endurance. This is the Blueprint presented by World Champion and Head Coach Valery Fedorenko.

When finished with this Module, you will develop a Strong Foundation from which you can launch into advance Kettlebell lifting (two handed lifts) and competition.

Learn how to work for Amateur and Professional Ranking in Kettlebell Sport. If you have a competitive spirit, join the ranks of elite Strength Endurance Athletes by preparing for Local, National and International Meets.

Novice and Veteran Athletes alike will benefit from this Module developing Surreal Strength Endurance.
