You will learn and master the Core Kettlebell Lifts; Swings, Snatch, One arm long Cycle and apply Timed set progressions, The SECRET to "REAL" Work Capacity and Muscle Endurance. This is the Blueprint presented by World Champion and Head Coach Valery Fedorenko.
When finished with this Module, you will develop a Strong Foundation from which you can launch into advance Kettlebell lifting (two handed lifts) and competition.
